(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged in connection with an impaired driving investigation near Simcoe.

Officers located the vehicle on Highway 3 just outside of Simcoe and, following a roadside sobriety test, took the driver into custody without incident.

As a result, 44-year-old Dallas JEROME of Haldimand County was charged with the following alleged offence:

• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
