(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - On September 28, 2025, at approximately 11:23 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a suspicious person in Paisley, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

It was reported that an individual was lurking around vehicles in the parking lot of an apartment complex, who ran off when confronted by tenants. Officers attended the area where they located the involved individual and placed them under arrest without incident.

As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old resident of Sarnia has been charged with:

• Criminal Harassment, CC 264(1)
• Trespassing at night, CC 177
• Failure to comply with release order, CC 145(5)(a)

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
