(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are seeking assistance from the public in identifying two individuals involved in an attempted break-and-enter in Simcoe.

At approximately 3:14 am on Sunday, June 1, 2025, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break-and-enter in progress on Colborne Street North in Simcoe.

The investigation revealed that two unidentified individuals, both wearing black hooded sweatshirts, attempted to enter a residence on the property. While they were unsuccessful in gaining entry, damage to the exterior of the home was reported.

Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects following the incident.
