BANCROFT OPP CHARGE ONE PARTY WITH FAIL TO COMPLY


(BANCROFT, ON)  - Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested one person for failing to comply with a prohibition order and drug possession.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025, shortly before 4:00 pm, officers attended a disturbance in the Town of Bancroft. One of the parties at a residence was found to be breaching the conditions of a prohibition order. The party was arrested and searched, with suspected methamphetamine being located.

Brandon RUSH, 38, of Bancroft has been charged with failure to comply with a prohibition order and possession of a schedule I substance.

The accused was held for bail and was released by the courts and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on November 4, 2025.
