(BRANT, ON) - On Friday, July 11, 2025, at approximately 6:13 am, Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious person at a vacant commercial property on Old Onondaga Road West in the County of Brant.

Police attended and located an individual on the property. Following investigation, officers determined that unauthorized entry had occurred, and items had been removed from the premises.

As a result, Darcy MILLER, 35-years-old, from Brantford, has been charged with:

  • Break and Enter
  • Theft Under $5,000
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Possession of Break-In Instruments
  • Mischief Under $5,000
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
