(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following an investigation into an intimate partner violence incident.

On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at approximately 11:29 pm, members of the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of property damage at a residence in Norfolk County.

The investigation determined that two individuals were involved in an interaction on the property, during which one individual damaged the other’s vehicle.

As a result, a 33-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:

• Mischief under $5,000

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
