(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to a dispute in the Town of Renfrew.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, at approximately 11:00 pm, Renfrew OPP responded to reports of a dispute on Cameron Avenue.

As a result of the investigation, Roman PERRY, age 20 from Renfrew was charged with:

• Mischief- interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property- under $5000
• Assault a peace officer

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke Court on August 27, 2025.
