(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged in connection with an impaired-related collision near Delhi.

On Monday, September 13, 2025, at approximately 8:52 pm, Norfolk County OPP officers responded to a single-vehicle collision involving a pickup truck on Brantford Road, just outside Delhi. No injuries were reported.

After locating and speaking with the driver near the scene, officers took the individual into custody without incident.

As a result, 34-year-old Steven TOTA of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offences:

• Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Failure or refusal to comply with demand

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
