(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM, ON) - Charges have been laid after a train and a car collided in Blandford-Blenheim Township.

On June 7, 2025, at approximately 5:30 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford detachment, responded to a collision involving a car and a train.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Katie BILLINGS, a 38-year-old resident of Cambridge has been charged with the following criminal offences:

• Dangerous Operation
• Operation While Impaired

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on July 15, 2025.
