(CHIPPEWA FIRST NATION, ON)  Chippewa police are investigating a fatal collision.

On August 14, 2025, at approximately 3:44 pm, Chippewa Police along with other emergency medical services and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) collision on Chippewa Road.

Initial investigation revealed the rider of an ATV was traveling on Chippewa Road. The machine left the roadway, ejecting the rider.

A 37-year-old male from Middlesex County was transported to hospital and later pronounced deceased.

Members from the OPP Technical Collision Investigation team attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
