(WEST PERTH, ON) - Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision at a busy intersection in the Municipality of West Perth.

On June 23, 2025 around noon, the Perth County OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Perth Road 164 and Perth Line 20. Both vehicles were damaged beyond repair.

Four people, including two small children were transported to a local trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.

As a result of the police investigation, a 20-year-old male from Kitchener was charged with Fail to Yield, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
