COLLISION IN INGERSOLL LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGES


(INGERSOLL, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment charged an individual with impaired driving after a collision in the Town of Ingersoll.

On July 4, 2025, at approximately 1:30 am, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Samnah Crescent in the Town of Ingersoll.

As a result of the investigation, Christopher RUSSELL, a 37-year-old resident of London, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus
  • Fail to Stop After Collision

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 19, 2025.
