(LAURENTIAN VALLEY, ON) - Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a two-vehicle collision on Pembroke Street West in Laurentian Valley Township.

The collision occurred on May 29, 2025, at approximately 12:30 pm on Pembroke Street West near B Line Road. Preliminary investigation indicates that a westbound vehicle crossed into the path of an eastbound vehicle that was towing a trailer. The involved drivers were each transported to hospital by Renfrew County Paramedics with minor injuries. There were no passengers.  

The investigation is continuing, and charges are pending.
