(BROCKTON, ON) - On June 23, 2025, at approximately 10:32 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Bruce Road 4 near Bruce Road 19, Municipality of Brockton.

Police attended and discovered that an SUV had collided with a pole, the driver departed prior to police arrival.

As a result of the investigation, Tamara STRADER, 57-years-old, resident of the Municipality of Brockton, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
• Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)

The accused is set to appear on July 16, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
