(BROCKTON, ON) - On August 17, 2025, at approximately 3:18 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision along Concession 8, Municipality of Brockton.

Police attended and discovered a vehicle had entered the ditch. The investigating officer spoke with the involved driver and detected signs of impairment, who then registered a fail on the roadside Approved Screening Device (A.S.D.). They were taken into custody and transported to undergo further testing.

Jason RUDOLPH, 22-years-old, of Williamsford, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear on October 1, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
