(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON)  - An individual from Woodstock is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Road 88.

On November 18, 2025, at approximately 2:00 pm, members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle collision that had occurred on Road 78 at 43rd Line, in the Township of Zorra. Officers attended and spoke with all involved occupants. There were no reported injuries from the collision.

Jacob Manley, 27-years-old, of Woodstock was charged with:

• Operation while Impaired - Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
• Careless Driving
• Driving while Under Suspension
• Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and 7-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 13, 2026.
