(KINCARDINE, ON) - On August 13, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision at the intersection of Highway 21 and Bruce Road 20, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services, where they discovered a collision between two passenger vehicles which were blocking the intersection. 3 parties were transported to a local hospital with injuries. Highway 21 was closed between Bruce Road 20 and Concession 2 for approximately two hours.

A 28-year-old motorist from Toronto has been charged with:
