(KINCARDINE, ON) - On August 7, 2025, at approximately 12:57 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver along Tie Road, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended and spoke to the involved driver where the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.

Steven BEHM, 35-years-old, of the Municipality of Trent Lakes, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired - B.A.C. (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on September 17, 2025, to answer to the charge.
