• CORRECTION - DRIVER CHARGED FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP IN BRANT COUNTY

Release Status

(BRANT, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment has charged an individual following a traffic stop in Brant County.

On August 24, 2025, at approximately 2:15 pm, officers conducted a traffic stop on Old Greenfield Road.

Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and under suspension.

As a result, Dallas WILLIAMS, a 49-year-old male from Oshweken has been charged with:

• Operate a Conveyance while Prohibited X 8, contrary to the Criminal Code
• Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

The accused was held for bail.
