(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - On August 23, 2025, at approximately 11:30 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting patrols at an event grounds property in Lucknow during a weekend long music festival. Officers were flagged down by site staff about a confrontation involving attendants.

It is alleged that a pair of individuals deliberately exposed their genitals to a group of campers who were unknown to them, that were simply trying to enjoy the event. The two individuals were escorted from the venue and had their wristbands removed. Upon further investigation, officers discovered that the wristbands used to gain entry into the event were fraudulent.

Ryan MARRIAGE, 25-years-old, and Spencer CANTELON, 24-years-old, residents of Clinton, both face charges of:

• Indecent act - CC 173(1)(a)
• Fraud under $5,000 - CC 380(1)(b)

The accused are set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on October 29, 2025, to answer to the charges.
