(MUNSEE-DELAWARE FIRST NATION, ON) - Disturbance results in charges.

On August 9, 2025, at 11:08 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a disturbance involving two individuals, on Middlemiss Drive, Munsee-Delaware First Nation.

The victim received minor injuries.

As a result, Coby FLEWELLING, a 21-year-old of Munsee-Delaware First Nation, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Assault with A Weapon
• Assault Cause Bodily Harm - Choke, suffocate or strangle
• Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm
• Disobeying Order of Court

The accused was held for bail.
