(DRUMMOND-NORTH ELMSLEY TWP, ON) - The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges following a disturbance in Drummond-North Elmsley Township.

Lanark County OPP officers responded to a residence on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, just before 2:30 pm, after a complaint about a disturbance. Upon police arrival, an individual was taken into custody without incident.

As a result of the investigation Dylan KING, 35-years-old from Perth, has been charged with the following offences:

• Mischief - destroys property - two counts
• Mischief under $5000 - two counts
• Fail to comply with probation
• Uttering threats

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
