DOMESTIC ASSAULT INVESTIGATION - ONE PERSON ARRESTED and CHARGED

(BRANT, ON) - Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a domestic-related incident in Brant County, Ontario.

On September 22, 2025, at approximately 3:28 am, Brant County OPP responded to a report of an assault at a residence in Brant County.

Investigation determined that a verbal argument between two individuals escalated into a physical altercation. One person sustained minor injuries as a result. The involved parties are known to one another.

 As a result of the investigation, one individual from Brant County was charged with:

• Assault causing bodily harm

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
