(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) - On October 10, 2025, at approximately 4:42 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fail to remain collision on Inkerman Street in Paisley.

Police attended and learned that an off-road vehicle had collided with a cargo van after crossing into the opposite lane at a high rate of speed. The driver fled prior to police arrival. The driver of the cargo van had taken a photo of the suspect vehicle and occupants, where police were able to identify the driver from previous incidents.

Brett HAGAN, 21-years-old, resident of Brockton, was charged with:

• Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)
• Fail to comply with release order, CC 145(5)(a)

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
