(BRANT, ON) - On November 1, 2025, at approximately 12:45 am, a member of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 403 west near Bishopsgate Road after observing a vehicle travelling at an excessive rate of speed.

The officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area when a vehicle was observed travelling 168 km/h in a posted 110 km/h zone.

As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old male driver from Windsor has been charged with:

• Drive Motor Vehicle - Perform Stunt - Excessive Speed
• Speeding - 168 km/h in a 110 km/h posted speed zone

The driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days as per legislation.
