-UPDATE # 1- ELGIN OPP INVESTIGATING FIRE

Currie Road Open

(DUTTON DUNWICH, ON)  - Currie Road in Dutton is now open to traffic, following an investigation into a fire at a local business.

On July 30, 2025, members of the Elgin detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Dutton Dunwich Fire responded to a report of a fire at an auto dealership, which caused extensive damage.

The Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) has completed their investigation at the scene.

Questions concerning the outcome of the investigation should be directed to the OFM.
