(WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.    

On Monday, October 6, 2025, at approximately 5:15 pm, officers were dispatched to a report of an ejected motorcyclist on Sideroad 3 West, south of Mount Forest. A 68-year-old male from Mildmay was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Sideroad 3 West was closed between Sally Street and Concession 11 for several hours, while members of the OPP Technical Collision Investigation team and a Reconstructionist conducted an on-scene investigation. The roadway has since re-opened.
