(OTTAWA, ON) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.

  Abdo YUSSUF is described as a Black Male, 34 years old, 6’3” (193cm), 251 lbs (114kgs), with black hair and brown eyes. 

   YUSSUF is serving a 2-year, 5-month 13-day sentence for

• Possess Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
• Carry Concealed Weapon
• Fail to comply with release order

 The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa area.
