(TORONTO, ON) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.

  Jeffrey SPARKS is described as a Caucasian Male, 67 years old, 5’11” (180cm), 209lbs (94kgs), grey hair, and hazel eyes with Tattoos of a Praying Mantis on his left forearm, and Praying Hands on his left Arm.

SPARKS is serving a 19 year, 8 month, and 22 day sentence for:

• Possession of Break In Instruments
• Mischief in Relation to Other Property
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime - Over $5000
• Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
• Flight while Pursued by Peace Officer
• Attempt Indictable Offence
• Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indicatable Offence
• Break and Enter and Commit Indicatable Offence
• Theft Under $5000
• Impaired Driving
• Fail to Provide Breath/Blood Sample
• Assault with a Weapon
• Theft of Motor Vehicle

The offender is known to frequent Toronto, Newmarket, Oshawa, and Durham Ontario & Gatineau, Quebec.
