(Kingston, ON) - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.

 William TURNER is described as an Caucasian male, 37 years old, 6’4”(193 cm), 230 lbs (104 kg), with brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos;

• Right Side of Neck- ‘CWB’
• Across hands- ‘RED NECK’
• Right Upper Arm- Masked Face
• Right Arm-Gun Outline
• Left Forearm-‘FAITH’

TURNER is serving a 6-year, 4-month and 10-day sentence for;

• Armed Robbery x2
• Robbery x2
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance

The offender is known to frequent London, Woodstock, St Thomas, Windsor, Sarnia and the Greater Toronto area.
