(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Four individuals have been charged in connection with separate intimate partner violence investigations.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 3:13 am, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance at a residence in Norfolk County.

The investigation determined that earlier in the evening, two individuals were involved in an interaction at another location in Norfolk County, during which one person physically assaulted the other. The victim sustained minor injuries.

As a result, a 22-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offences:

• Assault - spousal, - Failure to comply with undertaking - two counts, - Failure to comply with release order - other than to attend court - three counts

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 10:04 am, the Norfolk County OPP responded to a disturbance at another residence in Norfolk County.

The investigation determined that on the evening of Friday, October 31, 2025, two individuals were involved in an interaction at another location in Norfolk County, during which one person physically assaulted the other. No injuries were reported.

As a result, a 33-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:

• Assault - spousal

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 4:37 pm, the Norfolk County OPP responded to a disturbance at another residence in Norfolk County.

The investigation revealed that two individuals were involved in an interaction inside the residence, during which one person damaged the other’s property. It was further learned that the victim had previously been physically assaulted by the same individual.

As a result, a 58-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offences:

• Assault - spousal, - Mischief under $5,000 - two counts

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.

On Monday, November 3, 2025, at approximately 7:43 pm, the Norfolk County OPP responded to a disturbance at another residence in Norfolk County.

The investigation determined that two individuals were involved in an interaction on the property, during which one person physically assaulted the other. No injuries were reported.

As a result, a 46-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:

• Assault - spousal

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
