No Injuries, Investigators Seeking Witnesses or Video

(SHARBOT LAKE, ON) - An investigation is continuing into a home invasion which happened in Sharbot Lake.

On Friday, July 11, 2025, shortly after 1:00 am, officers with the Frontenac Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a home on Gordon Crescent.

It was reported that two people, a man and woman, had entered the home, armed with weapons including a knife. There were no injuries.

The robbers had fled the area by the time police arrived, taking multiple items including a Sony PlayStation, musical instruments and cash. They left the scene in what was only described as a loud, silver or grey four-door car, which was last seen heading north on Gordon Crescent.

The male is described as approximately 5’9” (175 cm), with a thin build and short brown hair and was unshaven with a short beard. The female is described as approximately 5’4” (163 cm) and thin, with dark-brown or red hair.

Police believe this was a targeted incident and that there is no threat to public safety.
