(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - An individual is facing impaired charges following an investigation in Dunnville.

On June 13, 2025, at approximately 2:15 am, the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint on Church Street in Dunnville.

Police located the vehicle and took the driver into custody.

As a result of the investigation, 58-year-old Bryon FARR of Lowbanks has been charged with the following offences:

• Operation While Impaired
• Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario court of Justice in Cayuga on July 29, 2025.
