(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charge a Puslinch Township resident in relation to an impaired driving arrest.
On June 22, 2025, at approximately 10:45 pm, Wellington County OPP conducted a traffic stop on Brock Road South near Highway 401 in Puslinch Township.
Police spoke with the driver and as a result of the investigation, Emil TEGLER, a 43-year-old of Puslinch Township is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80
- Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on July 4, 2025.
