IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED FOLLOWING COLLISION IN BRANT COUNTY
(BRANT, ON) - On September 14, 2025, at approximately 11:53 pm, members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Cockshutt Road in Brant County, Ontario.
During the police investigation Alexander FOLLINGTON, a 33-year-old male of Paris, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and drugs
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 02, 2025.
