IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED FOLLOWING COLLISION IN BRANT COUNTY
(BRANT, ON) - On September 20, 2025, at approximately 08:06 pm, members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on the 403 Highway East in Brant County, Ontario.
During the police investigation it was found that the driver Ryan HALASHEWSKI, a 28-year-old male from Brantford, appeared to be Impaired and was taken into custody. Mr. Halashewski was charged with the following offences:
- Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand, - Dangerous Operation
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 09, 2025.
