(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) - Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an impaired driving investigation while on general patrol in a trailer park on Pigeon Lake Road in Emily Township.

John Duval, 53 year old of Bowmanville, was charged with:

• Operation while Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration over 80

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The conveyance was towed and impounded for 7 days and drivers license was suspended for 90 days.
