(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment charged a driver, for impaired driving, as the result of a single-vehicle collision.

On September 11, 2025, at approximately 4:30 pm, Oxford OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision on the Norwich Avenue off ramp of Highway 401.

No injuries were reported.

As a result of the investigation, a 59-year-old resident of Thames Centre, has been charged with:

• Dangerous Operation
• Operation While Impaired
• Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 30, 2025.
