(HUNTSVILLE, ON) - The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three impaired drivers in the Town of Huntsville.

On August 20th, 2025, at 7:40 pm Huntsville OPP officers responded to the report of a single motor vehicle collision on Etwell Road, in Huntsville. Officers arrested and charged 35-year-old Paul MCDONALD, of Huntsville, ON with Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on September 16th, 2025.

On August 27th, 2025, at 12:26 am Huntsville OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle on Highway 11 Southbound in Huntsville, ON. Police located the motor vehicle and the 35-year-old driver, Dylan WRIGHT, of Huntsville, ON, was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired - alcohol and Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 7th, 2025.

On August 29th, 2025, at 7:40 pm Huntsville OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding an impaired driver. Police located the motor vehicle at a business on Howland Drive in Huntsville. The driver, 55-year-old Alain MARION of Niagara Falls, ON, was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 7, 2025.
