(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a local resident following an interaction with police.
On September 25, 2025, at approximately 8:30 pm, The Wellington County OPP, responded to the report of a disturbance at a residence in Palmerston. During the interaction, an individual became uncooperative and actively resisted police.
As a result, Dallas MIDDLETON, a 29-year-old from Palmerston, was charged with:
- Resist Peace Officer
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
