(PEMBROKE, ON) - Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Pembroke resident after an investigation into an indecent act incident in the City of Pembroke.   

On Thursday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 8:00 am, police received several reports that an individual was exposing themselves and performing an indecent act in the area of Mary Street. Police arrived and took an individual into custody.  

As a result of the investigation 67-year-old Vincent LAVIGNE has been charged with:

• Indecent act - public place
• Failure to comply with an undertaking

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Pembroke on July 29, 2025.
