(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to an intimate partner violence occurrence.

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at approximately 5:00 am, Renfrew OPP responded to a call for service in the Town of Arnprior that occurred during an intimate partner violence incident.

As a result of the investigation, one person was charged with:

• Five counts of sexual assault

The accused was released and is schedule to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke at a later date.
