(BRANT, ON) - At approximately 11:30 pm on July 1, 2025, members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Brant County.

Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation which determined that one individual had sustained minor injuries. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged a 32-year-old individual from Brant County with:

• Assault - Spousal

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
