(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) - Disturbance leads to intimate partner violence charges.

On July 12, 2025, at 12:01 pm, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Lucan-Biddulph for the report of a disturbance. 

As a result, a 59-year-old of Middlesex County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

• Assault

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
