(MALAHIDE, ON)  - Elgin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person with a criminal offence following an intimate partner dispute.

On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at approximately 12:25 pm, members of the Elgin OPP responded to a disturbance at an address in the Township of Malahide.

37-year-old individual of St.Thomas has been charged under the Criminal Code with Domestic Mischief.

The accused was released and scheduled to appear Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas.

The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim(s).
