LAMBTON OPP RESPOND TO FATAL WORKPLACE INCIDENT

(FOREST, ON) - On December 9, 2025, just before 4:00 pm, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and local Fire Services responded to a workplace incident at an address on Douglas Line in Forest, Municipality of Lambton Shores.
Police arrived on scene and located an individual who had sustained life-threatening injuries while working on equipment. A 38-year-old individual from London was transported to hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
