(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following an investigation into an intimate partner violence incident that involved property damage.

At approximately 2:43 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of property damage at a residence in Norfolk County.

Through investigation, it was determined that two individuals had an interaction inside the home, during which one of them caused damage to part of the interior.

As a result, a 29-year-old Norfolk County resident was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:

• Mischief - destroys or damages property

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
