(QUINTE WEST, ON) - The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges in an impaired driving investigation.

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, at approximately 6:30 pm, the Quinte West OPP along with Belleville Police Service we were conducting a R.I.D.E. program, when a driver was arrested and transported to the Quinte West Detachment for further testing.

Thomas MUSGRAVE, age 41, from Frankford, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on December 4, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and their license suspended for 90 days.
