(QUINTE WEST, ON) - The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a series of mischiefs that occurred in Trenton.

On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at approximately 9:00 am, Quinte West OPP responded to a complaint of a mischief that occurred on Telephone Road where a residence had been spray painted. The investigation discovered several additional properties in the surrounding area had also been vandalized by graffiti with slurs relating to race and sexual orientation. It is believed the incidents occurred between the evening of Monday, August 25th, 2025 and Tuesday, August 26th, 2025.
