(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying an individual connected to a theft investigation in Simcoe.

On Thursday, August 21, 2025, at approximately 2:18 pm, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a theft on Kent Street South in Simcoe.

The investigation determined that at approximately 12:51 pm on Monday, August 18, 2025, a male suspect, described as Caucasian and wearing sunglasses, a Toronto Maple Leafs hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes, entered the property and removed a package from the front porch of a residence.

The suspect was last seen leaving the area on a maroon mountain bike.
